End User License Agreement & Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By clicking "Accept & Continue," you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Advisory2Work LLC ("Advisory2Work," "we," "us," or "our").

2. LICENSE GRANT

Advisory2Work grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Preptrics™ Smart Lesson Planner ("the App") solely for your personal, non-commercial educational planning purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including all content, design, AI prompt templates, the Preptrics™ name and brand, the 20-Minute Swift Prep System™, and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Advisory2Work LLC and Dr. Denise K. Harper-Richardson. All rights reserved.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the app or its AI prompt templates without written permission; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Master Command AI template; (c) use the App for commercial purposes without a valid commercial license; (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

5. DATA & PRIVACY

The App collects your name and email address to unlock the Master Command feature. This information is stored locally in your browser and may be accessed by Advisory2Work for product improvement and communications purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Advisory2Work makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any lesson plan content generated through use of this App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisory2Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queens County, New York.
